Materials
DIYline lenses are made from Grade 1 optical quality polycarbonate and are designed to exceed exacting safety standards. In independent testing DIYline lenses have exceeded EN impact testing standards (EN 166F) and withstood the impact of a ball bearing fired at over 85 mph without shattering.

Lens Colours
Crystal Clear
Clear lenses allow maximum light transmission without changing your colour perception. Perfect for dull, overcast conditions or where no protection from the sun's glare is required and night-time use. All DIYline clear lenses give 100% protection against UV rays, are hydrophobic and have anti-fogging capabilities.
Slate Grey
Provide maximum glare protection without distorting colours. For use when working outdoors to reduce glare - with the added reassurance of full protection against UV radiation.
Sunburst Yellow
A vibrant lens tint to increase visual acuity in flat light conditions, particularly early in the morning or in the evening half light. Sunburst Yellow lenses also give 100% protection against UV rays. A superb lens for outdoor work as the light is fading
Gold mirror
Useful for cutting out glare on bright days - but also excellent when working indoors under bright fluorescent strip lighting. Particularly useful when frequently moving from low light to bright light - and vice versa.
