New DC-Guard Visor

Infield announce the introduction of their DC-Guard Visor, a new concept in visor design which promises significant improvements and is markedly superior to other visors in the same price bracket. Infield believe their DC-Guard Visor offers major advantages in that it is lightweight, compact, offers excellent all-round protection – and is incredibly simple to assemble or change visors in the working environment.
Visors have a number of applications as they provide full facial protection against impact or chemical splash in potentially hazardous working environments in both industrial and laboratory settings. They also offer enhanced facial protection for welding, grinding and cutting purposes.
The Infield DC-Guard Visor's design provides many features which significantly enhance user comfort and productivity. Integral to the design is the unique VentAirTM indirect ventilation which ensures spent breath and carbon dioxide are vented away from the visor. Indirect ventilation not only reduces steaming up – it clears carbon dioxide away from the mouth and nostrils to ensure easier breathing.
The Infield DC-Guard Visor is also incredibly simple to use – which makes it highly convenient in actual use. Assembly takes seconds – and the visor can easily be replaced in the working environment. Individual comfort-fit and personal adjustment are also simple with a high-quality pull-and-turn locking ratchet.
Such is the attention to detail that even the sweatband has been designed with a new level of comfort and performance in mind. The highly-absorbent material will absorb over 22g of water per 100cm2 of material to provide enhanced comfort and safety, even in warm working environments.
Another safety feature incorporated in the Visor design is the PVC protective edging which provides extra protection during handling. The visors are made from Grade 1 optical quality PVC or acetate and have anti-flare creasing to further enhance visual clarity.
