New Terminator UV400 for working in Blue light
Infield have expanded the options of their industry-leading Terminator product with the introduction of Terminator Orange UV-400.
Although standard polycarbonate lenses will protect against UV light in the 180nm-380nm spectrum, electromagnetic radiation in the 380nm-480nm band (blue light) is a specific hazard that can cause irreversible damage to the retina in high doses at close range.
Infield's new UV-400 Blue Blocker lens has been specifically developed to target blue light and UV in the electromagnetic spectrum to provide 100% protection to people working in a blue-light environment.
It is particularly appropriate for hardening under blue light in the medical and dental professions.
